OxyPRO is formulated to instantly begin to remove more types of carpet spots and stains like red wine, Kool-Aid^®, coffee, cola, fruit juice, gravy, lipstick, motor oil, and ink.

Can I use OxyPRO on pet stains?
BISSELL has not tested OxyPRO on pet stains. However, per our consumer research, consumers used OxyPRO on pet stains and were satisfied. BISSELL recommends that consumers use the Pet Stain & Odor Trigger that contains Enzyme Cleaning Action™.

How many stains can I clean with BISSELL OxyPRO?
The amount of applications/stains that can be cleaned with OxyPRO is difficult to determine because each stain has its own characteristic, size and difficulty.

How is OxyPRO different from other oxygen activated carpet spot and stain cleaners?
OxyPRO is an aerosol oxygen activated carpet spot and stain cleaner. The other oxygen activated products on the market today are granules, e.g., OxiClean and liquid triggers e.g., Woolite Oxy Deep.

Why do my fingers turn white after using this product?
The natural oxygen cleaner is trying to clean the dirt and oils off your outer skin very thoroughly which leaves it white. This only happens with prolonged contact. If it happens, simply wash with water, dry and apply lotion to the affected areas and it will quickly return to normal color.

Can I use OxyPRO as a pretreater to deep cleaning?
We do not recommend that OxyPRO be used as a pretreater prior to using a deep cleaning machine. It is important that OxyPRO continues to work at the stain.

Can I use OxyPRO on upholstery?
OxyPRO is formulated to be used on carpet not upholstery. The powerful spray works well to remove tough carpet spots and stains.

My stain didn’t disappear, any recommendations?
For tough set-in stains, additional applications may be necessary. Some stains cannot be completely removed, especially if not cleaned immediately.

What are some other uses of OxyPRO
OxyPRO is formulated to be used to clean carpet spots and stains in your home. However, there are other recommended uses such as: auto floor mats, outdoor carpet, trash cans, boat carpet, siding, plastic patio furniture and cushions, and concrete.

What is the shelf life of OxyPRO?
With proper storage and handling, OxyPRO can be used up to two years.

What happens if OxyPRO is accidentally sprayed on one of the following surfaces?
OxyPRO is not recommended to be used on the following materials. However, if the product is accidentally sprayed on one of the following, please follow these instructions:

• Wood: Immediately wipe up over spray with a clean dry cloth.
• Fabric/Upholstery: Blot up.
• Skin: Apply a moisturizer to the affected area.
• Plastic/Glass/Laminate/Tile: Wipe up over spray with a clean dry cloth.

Is it possible to return cleaning formulas after purchasing?
For safety reasons, cleaning formulas are not returnable.
