This is probably the first time I have ever written to a manufacturer. Today, I bought a Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Hand Vacuum. I can't tell you how extremely happy, pleased, and jumping for joy I am about it's performance. It works, it really works!!!!!
I have a 20 pound deaf white cat who shreds tumbleweeds of hair daily. We have been battling hair covered furniture and stairs forever. At last we have a solution! You have improved our lives immensely and I have already raved to my brother, owner of 2 cats, about it. I will continue to proclaim it's wonderful abilities to every pet owner I know.

Finally! A vacuum that actually does what it says. I have always purchased vacuums under $ 100 and they have always been garbage. I am so impressed with your product, I had to let you know. It really picks up all the dog and cat hair everywhere - which really helps my 7 year son with his asthma. THANKS

Just wanted to THANK YOU for the Pet Hair Eraser Vacuum! I needed a vacuum that would pick up my Huskies hair and my Dyson just wasn't doing the trick. My husband and I were walking through Sears and noticed this vacuum and figured for the price we had nothing to loose! Wow it is fantastic! I actullay enjoy vacuum cleaning now. You can't imagine the amount of hair I have to clean up DAILY and this Bissel does it with such ease! Thank you again! We have been recommending it to everyone we know with pets!

I recently bought a Pet Hair Eraser ( which works even better than I could hope) because of your tv ad with the Bernese Mountain dog. I have 5 Berners and a Giant Schnauzer and appreciated the ad. someone doing the campaign must have a Berner. they are the best dogs but boy they shed alot! Anyway I love the product and keep using those Bernese Mountain dogs in the ads. I can hoestly say I would not have tried the product if it weren't for the Berner in the ad

I LOVE the new Pet Hair Eraser vacuum. I have two border collie/cattle dog mixed breeds, and they shed so much I could knit sweaters! This vacuum not only picks up the top layer of dog hair, but dirt that I had no idea existed in my carpet! I'm actually embarrased, as I thought I kept a clean house! I've used the Dyson "Animal" before and I honestly believe that the Pet Hair Eraser is a much better vacuum; for at least a third of the price. Great product and great design. I've recommended to several of my friends who are pet owners.

I JUST PURCHASED MODEL 3920 WITH THE PET HAIR LIFTER AND AM AMAZED AT HOW BEAUTIFULLY IT CLEANED UP THE HAIR. I HAVE TWO LARGE DOGS AND AM CONSTANTLY VACUUMING...I'M EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE!

I have a German Shepherd,a mut Shepherd and 3 cats. i must say that this is the most durable ,strongest and easy to clean bagless upright I have ever purchased and I didnt even spend more than $160.00. I have tried vacuum after vacuum and never have I found one that not only picks up the animal hair but has such suction it pulls the dirt out of the carpet also. I am very pleased with this vacuum. It has so far held up. Previous vacuums would have parts that broke within 2 weeks of use. The gadget for the stairs on other vacuums would last no longer t han a month. This is the best vacuum I have ever purchased and at a very reasonable affordable price. I recommended this vacuum to my neighbor as she has 2 labs and 2 cats and she went out and bought one. She also loves it. Thanks for a vacuum that does its job. My house is so clean u cannot even tell I have any animals at all.
