• I got so frustrated at my seven year old vacuum today that I threw it out in the trash and went in search of a new vacuum that would clean my upholstery, carpets and wood floors due to having dogs. I wanted to get a pet eraser vacuum but couldnt find one in town so I bought this one instead. I had swept and used a small upright vacuum today before I used this one and I cant believe what it pulled from my floors when I brought it home. I am so happy with this vacuum. It was an investment that made me realize how my floors and upholstery had been lacking a good cleaning. I dont think I will be using my broom or small upright cleaner again.

• Bissell has done it again. This vacuum is just like all of their wonderful vacuums. It picks up better than my old vac which was a Bissell PowerForce. Everytime you vacuum it is a surprise how much dirt you pull out of the carpet. The turbo brush is great. I use it to clean my occice chair after the cat sits on it. The hepa filter is nice. I replace it about two times a year. For the low price this is an investment well worth it.

• I have two cats and a dog. This vacuum is wonderful. Its amazing how much hair and dirt can accumulate in just one week! This is my first bagless vacuum and I'm very impressed. My house has wall-to-wall, area rugs, and hardwood floors and I love this vacuum! My only complaint is that I've had trouble finding replacement filters in stores, so I had to order them from this website.
