How do I insert the dirt cup on the Steam&Sweep?


We’re sorry you are experiencing difficulty with the dirt bin on your Steam&Sweep. Please follow these steps below to ensure it is locked in place correctly. If the dirt bin is not secured properly, it can cause the machine to feel hard to push while using. 

1.Inspect the dirt cup to make sure the clip is intact.
2.Make sure the machine is upright and the dirt container is on the ground. Place the unit directly over the top of the dirt container lining up the half-moon edge together.
3.Inspect the dirt container to make sure the small latch is not broken and freely moves. Please reference the images below for clarity.
