How does the power cord rewind on the CleanAlong vacuum?

Answer: To rewind the power cord into the machine, make sure the cord isn’t wound or twisted unevenly. Gently pull the cord all the way out until it stops, untwist the cord if necessary, and retract the cord back into the unit.

If you experience difficulty and are unable to operate the rewind of the cord, we recommend taking your machine to a local Bissell service center for inspection.
