My CleanAlong vacuum brush is not rotating. What would cause this?
Answer:
-Make sure the brush motor is turned on at the hose grip.
-The handle must be reclined. When the handle is locked in the upright position, the brush motor automatically shuts off.
-Make sure the brush is free of debris. The machine has an automatic brush shut off switch that will turn the brush off if an object is lodged in it.
-Ensure the brush and belt are intact. Remove the access panel by taking the two screws off . Pull up on the front of the access plate, then pull up on each of the sections of the access plate.
