The automatic cord rewind is not retracting on my Rewind SmartClean. What should I check?


-Make sure power cord is not twisted or knotted.

-Make sure the plug is disconnected from the outlet. Hold onto the plug and press the automatic cord rewind button to rewind the cord automatically. The power cord will retract quickly.

-When the yellow tape on the cord is visible, this indicates the power cord should not be pulled further.

-The red tape indicates the end of the usable power cord.
