My Rewind SmartClean brush is not rotating. What should I check?
Answer: Remove the access plate and check the brush and belt for damage. There are 5 Phillip head screws to remove to release the access panel. Clean off any debris. If the brush or belt are damaged, the parts can be ordered through Bissell Consumer Services at 1-800- 237-7691, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-10 :00 P.M. ET. Saturday 9:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. ET or online at www.bissell.com under the Parts and Accessories tab.
If there is no damage, we recommend taking your machine to an authorized Bissell service center. The warranty on your machine is one year. To locate your nearest BISSELL Authorized Service Center, click here.
