My PowerGroom Pet compact machine, model 13H8, has no power. What should I check?

Answer: -Unplug the machine, and check then entire power cord and plug to if it is damage. If there is damage, we recommend taking your machine to a local Bissell service center for assistance. To locate your nearest BISSELL Authorized Service Center, click here. Enter your zip code to perform you search. You can also locate a Service Center by phone, 24 hours a day, by calling 1-800-237-7691 and choosing option #1.

-Make sure the power cord is plugged into a functioning outlet.

-If still no power, we recommend taking your machine to a Bissell service center.
