My Powergroom Pet, model 13H8, brush is not rotating. What would cause this?

Answer: -Check the brush and belt for damage by removing the 5 screws from the access panel under your machine. Also, clean off any debris. If the belt or brush are needed for repair, the parts can be ordered from BISSELL Consumer Services either online at http://www.bissell.com under the Parts and Accessories tab or by calling 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.

- If the brush and belt are intact but not working properly, we recommend taking your machine to a Bissell service center for inspection.
