BISSELL supports the PowerClean Vacuum, model 16N5 with a five year warranty. This warranty includes:
- Belt replacement
- No charge work at a BISSELL Authorized Service Center for any repair other than general maintenance
- Experienced BISSELL Consumer Service representatives for any troubleshooting or assistance you may need, available by phone at 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., or Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., ET.
NOTE: Any repairs done to the machine by someone other than a technician at a BISSELL Authorized Service Center voids the warranty.
