How do I track my order on the website?
Answer: Go to www.bissell.com and choose the Customer Support tab. Enter your order number and zip code in the search box under View Your Order. This will bring up your order with billing information, shipping information and the tracking number that directly links to the order on FedEx's website. If your order ships through US Postal, there will only be a ship date listed. It is not trackable.
