My Steam Sponge™ has no power. What should I do?
Answer: 1. First, check the indicator light. If the light is on, the steamer has power. When the light goes off, the steamer is ready to use. Make sure to give it ample time to heat up.
2. Try plugging into a different outlet or try a different appliance on the same outlet to make sure it’s not the outlet itself that’s the problem.
3. If you still don’t have power, please call us at 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., or Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. A representative will be ready and waiting to help you out!
