My Flip-Ease or Vac&Shine® will not charge. What should I do?

Answer: 1) Verify that the OUTPUT on the charger’s label says 12V.

2) DOES THE CHARGER FEEL WARM TO THE TOUCH AFTER BEING PLUGGED IN FOR 15-30 MINUTES?

If NO, the charger is not warm to the touch, a new charger may be needed._

 

            If YES, the charger is warm to the touch, the charger is probably okay.

                        a) Was the unit fully charged for a full 12 hours?

                        b) Was unit in ON or OFF position while charging? If unit was left in the

ON position, it will not charge.

                        c) If still not resolved, please contact BISSELL Consumer Care._
