My Steam Shot™ has no heat. What should I do?

Answer: If the Steam Shot™ won’t heat up, wait until the red indicator light shuts off.  It may take a few minutes to heat up. 

If the red indicator light won’t turn off, there may not be water in the tank. Unplug the Steam Shot™ and wait for it to cool.  When it’s cooled, fill the tank with water.

If the red indicator light still does not turn off or it still hasn’t heated up, please call us at 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., or Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET.
