My Total Floors® brush isn't rotating. What should I check?
Answer: Note: Double check to make sure the brush belt switch is engaged & not disengaged.
Let’s turn the vacuum over to remove the access cover and check the brush and belt for damage.
Make sure the brush is free of strings/hair and try turning it by hand (with the unit unplugged)
