My Versus® Cordless Bare Floor Vacuum has no power. What should I do?

Answer: 1. First, make sure the charger is plugged into a functioning outlet. Try another outlet just to check.

2. Next, check the charger to see if it’s getting warm.  If the charger is warm, the problem is with the battery. Please call us at 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., or Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET with proof of purchase for assistance. A representative will be ready and waiting to help you out!

3. If the vacuum still doesn’t have power and is outside of the one year warranty, you’ll need to buy a new machine. But, if the vacuum is still under the one year warranty, please call us at 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., or Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET with proof of purchase for assistance. A representative will be ready and waiting to help you out!
