My 3-in-1 Vac™ has low or no suction. What should I do?

Answer: 1. First, check if the dirt cup is full. If it is, emptying should restore suction.

 

2. If the dirt cup isn’t full, check if the filters are dirty. There are two filters: a dirt cup filter and a pre-motor filter. The dirt cup filter is the white filter in the dirt container, the pre motor filter is a foam filter, found where the dirt cup attaches to the handle. If the filters are dirty, it will reduce the suction.  Clean the filters by rinsing with warm water and mild detergent.  Allow the filters to dry completely before reinstalling them.

 

3. Check if there’s suction at the motor duct (where the black pre-motor filter is). If there is suction, check if the floor nozzle is clogged.

 

4. If you still don’t have suction, please call us at 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., or Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. A representative will be ready and waiting to help you out!
