My CleanView® or PowerLifter® Vacuum's brushes aren't turning. How can I fix this?

  • Just to be safe, unplug your machine and remove the access plate and check the brush and belt for damage.  Clean off any debris on the brush.  If brush will not turn by hand, or belt is broken, you’ll need to replace the damaged part(s).

To order the belt, click on this link:  http://www.bissell.com/parts/?sc=part&partid=4680&cid=ccsocial

  • If the brush is still not turning, please take the machine to a BISSELL Authorized Service Center to have a technician check it.
