My PowerFresh® Steam Mop's Ready light isn't turning on or isn't green. What should I do?

Answer: After plugging your mop in, a “ready” light (the light above the steam level button) will start to blink. Once this light stops blinking and stays lit, it means your mop has now heated up and is ready to use. If your light doesn’t come on at all, here are some troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure the mop is plugged into a working outlet. Try some other electronic devices in the outlet to check.
  2. See if your circuit breaker is tripped.  Try plugging in the unit in a different room.
  3. If your light still won’t turn on, please call us at 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., or Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. A representative will be ready and waiting to help you out!

 

Note: the ready light is always blue—you don’t have to wait for it to turn green.
