My Swiffer® BISSELL® SteamBOOST™ has no power. What do I check?

Answer:
  1. Check the entire length of the power cord for damage.  Run your hand down the length of the entire power cord to feel for any edges or cracks.  Check to see if any wiring is exposed.  If there is damage, stop using machine immediately and contact us. If the cord is damaged, we’d like to hear from you.  Please call us at 800-611-2583.
  2. Make sure the unit is plugged into a functioning outlet.
