The TurboBrush® for my Deep Clean Premier® is not spinning. What do I check?
Answer: The TurboBrush® Tool is air-driven, suction may be the reason for why it is not spinning correctly (if there is not a problem with the Brush).
- Make sure the machine is locked in the upright position.
- With the tank removed, check the red lint screen at the motor duct and clean if debris is built up.
- Check for suction at the end of the hose without the TurboBrush tool on, if there is good suction at the end of the hose, re-attach the TurboBrush tool and try for suction again.
