My Lift-Off® Floors & More handle will no longer stay upright, what can I do?

Answer: We are sorry you are experiencing difficulty with your Lift-Off® Floors & More handle assembly collapsing & not staying upright any longer.

Please check the serial number of your Lift-Off ® Floors & More. To locate the serial number on your unit, please check the white sticker on the back of the Lift-Off ® hand-vac. The serial number will be printed on this sticker, after the model number. If you have a serial number of 11335 or prior, please contact BISSELL Consumer Care for an immediate resolve.
