Answer: Is the battery fully charged?
 If No…
      -Make sure the unit is in the “OFF” position before charging. Plug the unit into the wall outlet. The red indicator light will illuminate & remain on when plugged in. Charge the unit completely for 24 hours prior to first use.
When the unit is fully discharged, approximately 16 hours of charging is required for the battery to regain full capacity.

PLEASE NOTE: The adapter may become warm during charging- this is normal.

Is the power cord plugged firmly into the outlet?
 If yes…
Check for a blown household fuse or breaker.
 If no…
Plug cord firmly into outlet.
