Lift Off Deep Cleaner - no suction at the floor but suctions at the hose

Answer: Please check the following:

1) Check for clogs at the floor nozzle.

2) See if there is any damage to the floor nozzle.

3) Check the Tank Lid and Tank for damage. Any type of break or crack would reduce suction. Tank would need to be replaced if cracked or broken.
