Answer: The shipping method will be determined at BISSELL’s discretion. The method will be based on order total, package size and shipping location. Orders placed within the continental United States will be sent either via FedEx or US Mail. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be shipped via Priority Mail. If you would like to request a specific shipping method or have a P.O. Box, an APO or other military address, you will need to place your order via telephone.
