I am not able to access the User Guide information from your website. What should I try?
Answer: If you receive an error message or a blank page when attempting to download a User Guide, the problem could be the Adobe Acrobat Reader Software you have on your computer. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 or lower, you will not be able to read the BISSELL User Guides. To upgrade free of charge, select User Guide from the drop down menu under Customer Service at http://www.bissell.com. Click on the yellow Acrabat Reader box on the left side of the page. This will download the Free Acrobat Reader 4.0 software. Adobe Acrobat Reader will often not display the document until it is finished downloading all, or nearly all, of the file. For this reason, depending on the speed of your connection, you may see a blank screen for some time. To order a replacement manual, you can do so by calling Consumer Services at 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., or Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., ET. A representative will assist you.
