Why didn't I receive a confirmation of my order through e-mail?

Answer: There are several possible reasons why you did not receive a confirmation.

 1. The order did not go through the order process and reach BISSELL. This could be because of technical difficulties; browser problems, server disconnections, or credit authorization declined.

2. The e-mail address was not provided. The e-mail address is not a required field to place an order. If the e-mail address is not provided, e-mail confirmation will not be received.

3. The e-mail address is not complete. For example; if your email address is forexample@bissell.com, and you leave off “@bissell.com” your email confirmation could not be delivered.

4. The e-mail address is incorrect. If the e-mail address is off by just 1 digit or has a space, the address will not be recognized. If you need additional assistance, please call BISSELL Consumer Services at 1-800-237-7691 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
