Why doesn't my machine have any power?(3)

Answer: - Make sure the charger is plugged into a functioning outlet.

- When the charger is plugged into a outlet feel the sides to see if it is warm. If the charger is cold, a new charger is needed. The charger can be purchased through Bissell Consumer Services by calling 1-800237-7691, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.ET.

If the charger is warm, the battery is the cause of the no power. If you require additional assistance, please contact BISSELL Consumer Services at 1-800-237-7691, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., or Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., ET.
