Why isn't brush rotating on my Velocity vacuum?

Answer: - Remove the access panel, which is on the bottom of the machine. There are 4 tabs to lift on the access panel to remove. Start with tab 1 then 2-4 tabs.

 - Check the brush, and belt for any damage. Clean off any debris on the brush.

- If the brush will not turn by hand, or the belt is broken, these parts will need to be replaced. You can order online at www.bissell.com under the Parts and Accessory tab.
