Why isn't there any suction with my Pet Grooming Tool?

Answer: Check the vacuum hose for suction. If there is no suction remove the flex hose and run a broom stick down the hose to remove any debris.

Check all the filters to make sure they are clean. If there is suction at the flex hose, Take a thin blunt object to remove the clog in the hand attachment. Do not disassemble the tool. If there is still no suction at the tool, a new tool may be needed.
