My brush is not rotating. What could be wrong?

Answer: - Remove the access panel, which is on the bottom of the machine. There are 4 tabs to lift on the access panel to remove. Start with tab 1 then 2-4 tabs. 

- Check the brush and belt for any damage. Clean off any debris on the brush.

- If the brush will not turn by hand, or the belt is broken, these parts will need to be replaced. They can be ordered online at http://www.bissell.com under the Parts and Accessories tab.
