The height adjustment knob is difficult to turn.

Answer: With the vacuum in a locked, upright position, tilt the handle back slightly so the vacuum is resting on the back wheels and the front slightly raised off the floor. This will relieve the pressure against the wheel assembly making it much easier to turn the knob.
