My Lift-Off Bagless vacuum does not have any power to the foot. What should I check?

Answer: Make sure the power cord of the vacuum is plugged into a functioning outlet. Both power switches should be turned "on". In order for the brush to turn and the headlight to light, the handle must be reclined.

Make sure the canister is seated properly and the cord is not interferring with the seating of the canister on the base of the machine.

If there is still no power to the foot, please take your machine to a local BISSELL Authorized Service Center. You can also locate a Service Center online or by phone, 24 hours a day, by calling 1-800-237-7691 and choosing option #1.
