Answer: The brush and brush belt are part of the foot assembly on the BISSELL Go Vac. In order to replace the brush or brush belt, you will require the complete foot assembly. A replacement foot can be ordered from BISSELL Consumer Services by calling 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., or Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., ET.
