I turned on my machine and there is no power. Why doesn't the power turn on?

Answer: -With the power cord unplugged check the entire power cord for any damage.

-Make sure the power cord is plugged into a working outlet.

 If you continue to experience difficulty with your machine, please contact BISSELL Consumer Services at 1-800-237-7691 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
