When I am vacuuming, my Easy Vac seems to blow dust instead of suctioning. What is wrong?

Answer: The rubber gasket around the filter may no longer be creating a tight seal. If so, it is time to replace the filter. Replacement filters can be ordered directly from BISSELL Consumer Services either online at http://www.bissell.com or by calling 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. To order online, please click on the following link: http://www.bissell.com/Products/category.asp?catalog%5Fname=Bissell&category%5Fname=VacuumReplacementPart&Page=1&product_id=EASYvac+PLUSBare+Floor+Vacuum The suction power will also decrease if there is a clog in the dirt tube. Remove the foot assembly to clean this tube.
