My CleanView II Bagless vacuum is very loud. What should I check?
Answer: Please unplug your machine from the electrical outlet before trying the following:
- Failure to properly maintain the filters could result in damage to the motor. Check the inner and outer circular filters and the post-motor filter for debris. Also check the upper-tank louvers. These can be removed and rinsed clean.
- A clogged hose may also cause the vacuum to sound abnormal. To clear the hose, remove this completely from the back of the machine. Using a broomstick handle, push any dirt or debris through the hose. Remove the screw which attaches the lower hose. Straighten this section of hose and remove any debris by using a broomstick handle.
