My machine no longer has power, how do I repair this?
Answer: - Check the entire length of the power cord for any damage. If the cord is damaged, please contact a Bissell service center for assistance.
- Make sure the power cord is plugged into a functioning outlet.
- Make sure the hose power cord is attached.
If there is still no power, please take your machine to a Bissell service center.

- If there is no power to the power head, make sure the brush motor is turned on at the hose grip.
- Make sure the handle is reclined.
- Check the extension wand power cord to ensure it is firmly plugged in at the hose grip and at the powerhead.
- Check the extension wand power cord for any damage.
