Why doesn't the power cord on my DigiPro fully rewind?

Answer: Please make sure the power cord is not twisted or wound unevenly. Gently pull the cord out from the canister and push down on the cord rewind button. If this suggestion does not answer your question and you have a need for additional assistance with this, please take your machine for inspection to a local BISSELL Authorized Service Center. To locate your nearest BISSELL Authorized Service Center, go to the BISSELL Homepage at: http://www.bissell.com. Select the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page and then select "Service Centers" from the drop down menu. Enter your zip code to perform your search. You can also locate a Service Center by phone, 24 hours a day, by calling 1-800-237-7691 and choosing option #1. BISSELL Consumer Services can be reached by phone at 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., or Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., ET.
