My DigiPro has low suction power. What is causing this?

Answer: Disconnect the hose and check for suction at the intake. If there is suction, make sure the suction control switch on the hose is in the closed position. Remove the hose from the machine, and the attachment from the end of the hose. Carefully insert a broomstick handle through the hose to remove obstruction. Check the wand for clogs. If the brush roller is not rotating, remove the plate, clean the brush roller of any debris and check the belt for wear and cracks. If there is no suction at the intake, with the hose removed, ensure the variable power control switch is set for maximum suction. Make sure the bag is not full and the closure tab on the dust bag is properly folded back. Also, check the pre and post motor filters for clogs.
