My Perfect Sweep Turbo sweeper does not have power. What should I do?

Answer: -Make sure the charger cord is plugged into a functioning outlet. Also, ensure the dirt cup is securely in place by pressing down on the machine. Check the charger to see if it is warm at the outlet after being plugged in for several minutes. -If the charger is not warm/hot, this should be replaced. -If the charger is warm/hot, the machine should be replaced. If your machine still does not have power, please call Consumer Services at 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., or Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., ET.
