Why doesn't my machine have power?

Answer: - Make sure the machine is plugged into a functioning outlet.

 

- Check the entire length of the power cord for damage. If the power cord is damage or you still do not have power, please take the machine to your local BISSELL Authorized Service Center. To locate your nearest Service Center go to http://www.bissell.com under the Customer Support tab at the top of the page. Enter your zip code to perform your search.
