I am having trouble pushing the Flip-It forward, how do I remedy this?

Answer: - Make sure enough water/solution is being released to get the pad or brush wet and to get the floor wet. The machine will not move easily over the floor on the wet side unless water is being released.

 - Make sure when the handle is reclined to use the wet side , the brush or pad is lowering down onto the floor. This can be checked by looking at the foot of the machine from the side and then reclining the handle. You should be able to see the brush or pad lower down. If it does not, the unit will not move easily over the floor. If this is the case, you will want to contact an Authorized Service Center for additional assistance.
