Why doesn't my machine hold a charge?
Answer: - After the charger has been plugged in the outlet for 30 minutes, feel the sides to see if the charger is warm. If it does not feel warm, a new charger may be needed.
- Make sure the unit has been charged for 12 hours prior to using.
