Why doesn't my machine hold a charge?

Answer: - After the charger has been plugged in the outlet for 30 minutes, feel the sides to see if the charger is warm. If it does not feel warm, a new charger may be needed. - Make sure the unit has been charged for 12 hours prior to using. If you continue to experience no power, please call Consumer Services at 1-800-237-7691, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., or Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., ET. A representative will assist you.
