My Pro and ProHeat Series Deep Cleaner seems to drag on the carpet, what could cause this?

Answer: Please check the front windows on your machine to ensure they are properly aligned using the following technique: Before you begin, please be sure to unplug the machine from the wall outlet.

- Recline the handle of the machine and remove the SmartMix Bottle and Tank-in-Tank Assembly and set them aside.

- Turn unit over, exposing the underside of the unit.

- With a Phillips head screw driver, remove two screws on each side of half moon shaped window, located underneath brush roll.

 - Remove the half moon shaped window and reinstall. Ensure the window is inserted with the bottom of the half moon window recessed from the floor nozzle window by at least 1/8th inch.
