What do I do if I need internal replacement parts for my machine? (motors, pumps, wiring, etc)?

Answer: BISSELL has determined certain parts should only be made available to Authorized Service Centers. These include any parts which are only accessible if the machine is opened. Replacement of these parts should be performed by an individual trained on the internal repairs of the machine. This decision has been made to ensure the safety of our consumers. Please contact an Authorized Service Center in your area for further assistance with your request.
