My Little Green Series 1720/1725 will not spray. What can I do to correct this?
Answer: Please try these suggestions to get your machine working properly:
- Make sure there is water/formula in the solution tank.
- Check to make sure the solution tank is “snapped” into the unit. If the tank does not fit securely, check the tab on the solution tank lid. If damaged or missing, order new tank. If the tab is intact, check U-shaped receiving Clip on the base of the machine. If damaged or missing, please contact an Authorized Service Center for additional assistance.
-If the solution tank locks properly; the unit may have lost its prime. Remove the upholstery tool, depress trigger for 30 seconds with machine turned off. Then, with unit turned on, depress the trigger, and push into the center of the solution tank to prime.
-If there is still no spray; check to see if water line inside flex hose is kinked or being pinched off by suctioning up a full tank of hot tap water into the collection tank and repeat steps to re-prime the machine.
-If the machine sprays without the upholstery attachment; the upholstery tool may be clogged. Gently clean the spray tip on the tool with a paper clip.
