Why doesn't my hard floor tool suction?

Answer: Check for suction at the motor duct. If there is no suction, please call BISSELL Consumer Services at 1-800-237-7691 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. If there is suction at the motor duct, check the following: - Remove the wands from the grip trigger handle and check for suction at the grip trigger. -Make sure the wand pieces are firmly pressed together. - Check all the wand pieces for clogs. - Make sure the micro-fiber pad is positioned correctly. The pad should not cover the suction area of the nozzle. If you require additional assistance, please call BISSELL Consumer Services Toll free at 1-800-237-7691 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
