The brushes on my ProHeat 2X will not turn. What should I check?

Answer: 1) Check to see if material has been caught or damage has been done to the brushes.

 2) Check if the brush belt ( longer belt & on the non-cord side of the machine) is intact.

3) Check to see if the brushes turn when the handle is reclined. Some units have an internal brush switch that turns the brush off when the handle is in an upright position. If the brushes still do not turn, please take your machine for inspection to a local Authorized Service Center. The warranty on your machine is one year.
